In our case, it's three times a week. The purpose of the projects is to make a connection between the writing process and the construction of the projects. For today's quick write/discussion post, everyone should comment on the connections (similarities and differences) between the connection. What do you think? What are you noticing so far with your projects? How is it similar/different from the writing you are doing/have done/expected to do, etc.?

It is almost the same steps you have to follow to write something as to doing my project and so far I have been noticing that I have the same problems That I have when I am writing. I do not know how to express my ideas or anything like that and i am not sure if what i am doing is right or is what the audience expects.
ReplyDeleteWith my paper I'm finding it really hard to create my thesis, and I feel that links with my writing development. I know I shouldn't worry about not having a thesis at the moment because I can always just created a the end, but the idea of not having one irks me. I'm still finding it hard to put my ideas to words, but right now I'm not sure if my ideas are even related to my topic and I'm worried I might fall behind because of that.
ReplyDeleteIf your worried that about your thesis, I recommend going to the writing center. They're real helpful and they explain how to create a thesis.
DeleteWe're following the same steps, but some steps are easier for me than actually writing. I notice that I'm coming along with my project. I still have trouble organizing my ideas on what I want to write. It's easy to gather my information, but to write my ideas and create specific design in a way that people will understand is my concern.
ReplyDeletemy thesis is slowly coming together and I have a better understanding of it. I have some trouble in trying to establish some ideas into it but I manage to make it possible. I don't know if its a good thesis yet but hopefully ill get more feedback once I put it up to see what I can do better.
ReplyDeleteI think that my thesis it's almost already finish, i just need to write it, but I have the more important things which are the ideas. I don't really see a connection with boromir meme. I would put a lot of effort in my thesis because I think that is very important to have areally good thesis, because it connects with the body paragraphs.

What are you noticing so far with your projects?that most of my peers also have the same stuggles as I am. How is it similar/different from the writing you are doing/have done/expected to do, etc.? I'm always at the writing center, especially at 11.
ReplyDeleteIn my project I need to download a program for I could do it on a computer. I have noticed that I have finished my summary's :D. I really don't understand the question about, "how is it similar/different from the writing," but from what I think its not the same. And for my thesis I'm just hoping I don't have start all over again...
ReplyDeleteI consider that there are similarities between the writing process and the project. In particulary I like more and infographic because I can show my ideas with images etc. I am doing good with my project and I am organizing my ideas but I still struggling with my thesis.
ReplyDeleteI think that there is a connection between the writing process and the construction of the project because in both we need to follow some steps to reach the same goal : express our feelings. I believe that is easier to make an infographic than write an essay. At this moment with the only thing I'm struggling is with the thesis.
ReplyDeleteI think that are some similarities between our usual writing compared to the info graphic. It follows almost the same process but to me it feels harder to do the project than to write an essay. Not including all the different variables you have to account for. It's different from our usual writing in that I have to think of different ways than the norm to express what I am trying to say in much fewer words
ReplyDeleteThe connection that i can make may be about the way that we come up with our thesis and try to develop our project. As of right now it seems that i am not having any problems with this which is really good. The steps that i am using to make my project are actually kind of the same as writing, at the end i found out that this helps alot
ReplyDeleteI dont think i have a connection with this meme i dont really understand it. As for my project ive been working on the thesis and im getting closer to finishing it up. I want to get my thesis done cause thats the hardest part so getting it out of the way will help me focus more on the actual project.
ReplyDeleteMy Thesis is around half complete. I still need to do some improvements to it and don't know if its a good thesis but ones we have to put them up for everyone to see, I'm sure will get some good feedback from each on how to improve our thesis.
ReplyDeleteThe connection is one based of the concept of writing and idea, such as reaching far beyond what your mind is capable of and what is the purpose. Such thing that people in the past don't actually know how impact they made with one simple technology into grand complex machine.

is different because is more advance is more work and need more time
the different between my writing and the project is that I have for ideas on my project then on my writing. But I do the some idea for both of them like make a circle graph for both or I make my own graph the way I understand it and do my project and essay on that.
ReplyDeletei actually think its the same steps. you have to think about what you want to do. then actually look into it, find your thesis, then go all out with the information and what not.
