Project Updates
Project Updates: In this post, write about where you are with your projects; some possible questions to answer, but are not limited to, include: what is your final topic? Who is your audience? What is your thesis? What stage are you on? What ideas do you have so far? How is your research going? This blog post must be completed by Friday, 10/4, at midnight.

A: How PTSD affects veterans and solutions for PTSD.
2.Who is your audience?
A:My audience is students and families
3. What is your thesis?
A:I still need help creating my thesis....
4. What stage are you on?
A: I am currently bouncing between Stages 1-3. (more like repeating the stages)
5. What ideas do you have so far?
A: One idea I have for my info graphic is using a somewhat brochure style to present my information. It's mainly going to be one long 'poster' if you will. I am planning to use photo shop to create the info graphic. This current idea is subject to change throughout the project but this is my basic idea at the moment. My other 'idea' is to make people more aware of a very real topic that people often deny.
6. How is your research going?
A: My research is an ongoing process, however U have been successful in finding articles to support my topic and provide decent statistics.

-Parents
3. What is your thesis?
- I'm not quite sure on my thesis, but I think it will be to be aware of Mixed Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders on Preschool Children.
4. What Stage are you on?
- I'm between Stage 2 and 3. I go back and forth between my stages.
5. What ideas do you have so far?
- One of my ideas are for people to be aware of my topic. I wanted to put the Causes and Treatments with how to help children with language disorders. I'm going to present my infographic through a brochures format. I will also include bar graphs and tables. I want to use colors that will attract parents to read on how to help their children.
6. How is your research going?
- My research is going well, but I get the same information in my research. Which is good because of support. However, I'm still researching more information on the process of treatment.

- I'm still having trouble figuring it out, but I think maybe young adults interested in how social media came about

- I'm planning on researching how did people become aware of social media in the first place. The pros and cons to social media. Im working on finding reliable sources that show me what was the first social website created.

- I'm having a little trouble on my research because I find it hard to find reliable sources for what im trying to research specifically.

-I'm going back and forth

- I am planning to research on how much bilingual teachers make, what is expected of them, what they do, ect.

- its going good. I found some research on my topic. I have some ideas on how I want to create my infographic but I'm not sure yet.

ReplyDeletemy topic is how does an injury can affect an individual physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My audience are people with physical injury, physical therapists, parents, and other people.

Any physical injury can caused a great damage to a person not only physical but emotional an mental.

I want to make like a diagram of a body and put some arrows pointing to the different parts of the body that an injury can affect

-It’s going well but I’m going slowly with my project. I still need to do my summaries by Sunday and on Monday I’m going to the writing center for help.

3) What is your thesis? The basic facts about childhood obesity and how the parents can help to stop it
4) What stage are you on? I would say 2, but I get a little uncertain
5) What ideas do you have so far? maybe to create some kind of graph showing how childhood obesity rates is increasing in the last couple of years. Give some ideas of how parents can contribute to change this. Name some of the major concerns that Doctors may have toward these children. List some of the major impacts this can have toward our society. (How it's going to affect their future)
6) How is your research going? Overall I think its going pretty well...maybe because there is a lot i could of information i can find relating to this topic.

-I still missing my thesis

-Inform all the parents about the general development of their babies, show them the basics changes that the babies had during these four different stages.

-I think it is going well, except for my missing thesis. I found very interesting information that i could use for my infographic.

Im thinking of including the similarities and differences to show my audience what is the same about the two social networks and what is different.

-I want to talk about James Blundell´s work about blood transfusion. How he performed the first successful blood transfusion and the influence of this work.

-I think its going well because I thought that this is an interesting topic, and I had some good ideas with this project. But at the same time I know that I need to find more information.

My audience will be people interest in Behavioral Science.

Well I will show: what are some causes that lead to crimes weather it’s a mental thing or biological thing.

I did my research but still need to find more information and still need the a Info graphic graph thing.
-What ideas do you have so far?
Well I know for sure its Nature versus Nurture; I have also “can environmental factors cause crimes”. There is lot of information for me out there and I’m trying to find good ones where they will fit my infographic in the best way possible.
-How is your research going?
My research is good, as I said before I still need to find a little bit more of information witch I can use. Basically I am done with my information I just need to start doing the chart or graph thing for the info graphic.

What ideas do you have so far? I discover that a german scientist made a first compution caculator for engineer and only that major. There still more information after that.
How is your reasearch going? Going slow, but making a progress, though it will take time to do this, even after the deadline.
